Privacy Policy
The short version
This site has no accounts, forms, comments, or newsletter. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad trackers. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to email us (see Demo submissions below). We do not sell or share personal information.
Hosting logs
The site is served by a third-party hosting provider (Vercel Inc.), which, like most hosting providers, may keep standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operational purposes. We do not use these logs to identify visitors. Vercel's own privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Demo submissions by email
If you email us a demo, we receive what you send: your email address, artist name, links, and message. We use it only to evaluate the submission, reply, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We keep submissions up to 24 months after last contact unless legal reasons require longer, then delete or de-identify them. We do not sell or share this information for advertising, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not use submitted music to train AI models. To have a submission deleted, email info@gridandguild.com with the subject "Privacy Request"; it will be removed from active systems within 30 days, and backup copies cycle out on schedule. Links to other services
Our pages link to third-party platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. Once you leave this site, those platforms' own privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their practices.
Your rights
This site itself does not collect personal information. If you emailed us a demo, you may request access, correction, or deletion as described under Demo submissions by email. For any privacy question, write to info@gridandguild.com.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If the site ever adds features that collect information (for example, a demo submission form or a mailing list), this policy will be updated first, and the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
